I love what I do! I live in beautiful Eugene, Oregon and have been using computers personally and professionally for over thirty years.
During my professional career, I worked for almost twenty years as an administrative assistant; in public education, for an international student exchange program and for a non-profit that built affordable housing. My strength lies in my level of patience and calm demeanor when assisting others with difficult tasks.
The approach I take is to listen to your concerns and/or issues and try to solve them in a way that makes sense to you. I will take as much time as you need and will answer any questions you have.
I will never install a program on your computer or an app on your device without your permission or without your understanding how to use it.
If I can’t solve it during our time together, I will do a bit of research on my own and come back with the answers. If I am unable to resolve your issues, I will let you know and find someone who can. I work with both Apple and Microsoft platforms.
In my spare time, I love to read, play with my grandkids, travel with my husband, spend time in my garden, help my parents and watch British detective shows.
